My first time using spinach in a smoothie! Here’s an easy and yummy smoothie that can help you transition into adding spinach into other drinks!
Green Mango & Banana Smoothie:
- Add a handful of spinach and a few ounces of water into blender. Blend into a juice.
- Add chunks of frozen bananas and mangoes along with a few ounces of orange juice (I measure to taste; add more liquid if it’s too thick)
- Blend until smooth. Drink your way to good health!
